Terms of Service for AURA LAUNDRY

1. Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services.
2. Services
AURA LAUNDRY provides laundry and dry cleaning pickup and delivery services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. While we strive to offer next-day delivery, this service is subject to availability, pickup times, and order size, and is not guaranteed for all orders.
3. User Accounts
To use some of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments
We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to handle payments. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to place a hold for the minimum charge and to capture the final amount after your laundry has been weighed and serviced. All payment terms are subject to the policies of our payment processor.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
While we strive to provide the highest quality care, we are not responsible for damage to items unless it is a result of our gross negligence. In the event of a lost item, our liability is limited to a certain amount as detailed in our full policy, provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AURA LAUNDRY be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our primary business operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
